English family owned and run both directors still hold a day to day active role in the business operating from Howdras brand new 4200 sqft offices in Silicone Oasis, Dubai.
All candidates are selected by the directors then undergo a housekeeping course/exam in the country of origin thus upholding the Howdra ethos of high quality staff.
FULL TIME MAIDS :
HOWDRA hand pick employees for clients by interviewing in the country of origin. Once selected the candidates complete a certified housekeeping course and are CID checked. HOWDRA supply the visa, pay the agency fees, pay salary by WPS, cover private health care for the staff, flight home and end of service benefits. Whilst handling all the HR whilst Staff are deployed. The benefits to the client is that as well as HOWDRA covering all of the above, the client can project their finances as HOWDRA charge a monthly fee for the duration of the contract, this is all made possible as HOWDRA hold a temp labour supply license which is compliant with the Economic & Labour Department. Howdra offer 1 month to 2 year contracts
PART TIME MAIDS :
Our ladies are fully trained through our certified housekeeping course and CID checked, same maid every time (in the case of part time maid service) you book the hours you want, English speaking, all our maids are registered with the communities security so have the permits to legally work in the areas. After your contact with our office Howdra maids will confirm your booking via email. Our Howdra maids company transport will drop off your maid at your allocated time then collect our maid once your schedule is finished.
