Loujien Air Conditioning Equipment is a family run business with Limited Liability. The company operates from three offices in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. The company’s manpower exceeds 300 with 90% dedicated to air conditioning projects and services. Production of our duct workshop for 2008 has reached 920,666 SqFt of galvanized steel for air conditioning duct. We provide maintenance services for over 5000 residential and commercial units including towers, government buildings, villas and palaces. Loujien is the first company to introduce Automatic Meter Reading for energy calculators in Ajman – the project being Al Rashidiyah Community consisting of 11 towers (G+12 each). Loujien is one of the few Small-to-Medium Businesses to use the Intranet (internal web-based networking technology) for sharing information and resources between offices and branches.
