“RMJM” is the brand under which thousands of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide Architectural, Interior design and Urban design related services to select clients. These firms acquired rights to operate using the RMJM brand from Duthus Group Investments Limited (DGIL), a UK private company, after they have passed DGIL’s stringent quality control process. Each RMJM firm provides services in particular geographic areas and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates.
Each RMJM firm is structured in accordance with national laws, regulations, customary practice, and other factors, and may make available professional services in its territory through subsidiaries, affiliates, and other related entities. Not every RMJM firm provides all services.
DGIL and each RMJM firm are legally separate and independent entities, which cannot obligate each other. DGIL and each RMJM firm are liable only for their own acts and omissions, and not those of each other. DGIL does not provide services to clients and so does not trade using the RMJM brand. Clients engaging with any RMJM firm will do so through an appropriately registered, licenced and managed entity of the relevant territory.
